Is Nova FDA-cleared?

Not yet. FDA clearance is in progress. We make no medical claims.

Can I install Nova in a clinic or spa?

Maybe. It depends on your local AHJ. Many business/clinical installs require PVHO-1/NFPA 99 compliance. Get written approval before purchasing.

What about home use?

Rules vary by jurisdiction. Check local requirements and never operate without proper training.

What’s the working pressure?

Up to 2.0 ATA (single-place).

What’s the difference between the Nova and Nova Elite?

  • Nova: 34″ ID, 7′6″ length, 30″ door.

  • Nova Elite: Same core platform, plus 72″ × 22″ gurney-ready door for streamlined transfers.

How comfortable is it inside?

Spacious 34″ ID with a 7-ft bed and integrated A/C cooling/drying for air comfort.

How long is a typical session?

Session length and protocols vary by operator/site policy. Follow your trained operator’s guidance.

Who operates the chamber?

Trained personnel only, using our operation manual and safety procedures.

What power and space do I need?

We’ll specify dedicated electrical requirements. Ensure clear paths for delivery and enough floor space for the chamber and support equipment.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes. Delivery coordination, on-site installation, and operator training are available at an additional cost. Freight is billed at cost.

Warranty?

Warranty: Chambers include a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Exclusions: damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accident, or acts of God, and normal wear consistent with use.

Contact your Fire Marshal or local building/boiler authority and reference NFPA 99 and ASME PVHO-1.
