Freight & Costs

Freight is not included in chamber pricing and is billed at cost based on destination, access (e.g., liftgate/inside delivery), and optional insurance.

THS will provide a freight quote during order finalization. White‑glove/inside delivery may be available at additional cost.
Lead Times

Lead times are quoted at order based on production schedule and site readiness.

We will coordinate a delivery window when your unit is ready to ship.
Risk of Loss & Insurance

Risk of loss transfers per carrier terms upon pickup. We recommend adequate shipping insurance. If you require additional insurance, notify us when approving your freight quote.
Site Readiness & Access

Buyer must ensure clear access (doorways, hallways, thresholds), adequate floor space, and required power/ventilation. Additional handling, failed delivery, storage, or rescheduling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Inspection

Inspect the crate and unit on delivery. If damage is visible or suspected: (1) note it on the bill of lading, (2) take photos/videos, and (3) contact support@transcendhealthsolutions.com within 24 hours. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
International Shipments (if applicable)

Duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
