Regulatory Status

FDA clearance for the Nova platform is in progress; products are not currently FDA‑cleared. We do not make medical claims. Use is subject to local regulations and facility policies.

Code & Safety Compliance

Some jurisdictions require compliance with ASME PVHO‑1 and NFPA 99 for installation/operation of hyperbaric chambers. Buyers must consult their Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) (e.g., Fire Marshal, building department) before purchase or installation. THS may decline orders where requirements cannot be met.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of THS or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., illegal activity, security breaches, scraping, false or misleading submissions).

Quotes, Orders & Payments (Summary)

  • Direct Invoice Only: We complete chamber purchases by direct invoice; there is no online checkout for chambers.

  • Deposits & Balance: 50% deposit to start production; balance due prior to shipment.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to THS’s written acceptance.

  • Freight: Not included; billed at cost. Site readiness is the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty & Returns (Summary)

  • Chambers: 2‑year limited warranty (summary only; full terms provided with order).

  • Parts/Accessories: 1‑year limited warranty unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. THS’s total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the product or service at issue.

Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana (without regard to conflicts of law). Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in [Deer Lodge County], Montana.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
